How Can We Help?

Sound effects don’t sound right.

If your Rockin’ Rider’s sound effects sound warbled, quavery, or like your toy is underwater, it is likely due to issues with the batteries installed in the toy.

The batteries that Rockin’ Rider products arrive with are provided for demonstration only.  We recommend that you change the batteries for best performance of the electronic features.

Be sure you’re using brand new alkaline 1.5-volt AA (LR6) batteries. Used batteries or under-powered batteries will create the quaver effect in the sound effects.  Rechargeable batteries or other types such as lithium-ion or nickel-cadmium can prevent the electronic features from functioning properly.  Be sure not to mix old and new batteries and never mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
