Rockin’ Rider products ship in brown cardboard shipping cartons which have the Rockin’ Rider logo and product name printed on the outside of the box.
We offer free shipping for product orders via UPS Ground. Free shipping is only valid in the continental United States and is not valid for replacement parts. UPS Saturday delivery is not available. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. You can check transit days to your exact shipping ZIP code by going to https://www.ups.com/maps. All orders ship from the Seattle area (ZIP code 98424). Orders placed after 10:00 AM CDT will be processed the following business day.
We are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.
REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES
Parts ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail from ZIP code 76034. Parts and accessories are not eligible for free shipping or expedited shipping.
Replacement part and accessory orders ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) CDT will be processed the following Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
